本所现有合伙人10人，执业律师36人，行政辅助人员近10人。执业律师毕业于中国人民大学、中国政法大学、中山大学、上海交通大学、华东政法大学、西南政法大学、华南理工大学等国内外知名院校，且有多年司法系统工作经验；不仅具备扎实的专业技能和丰富的实务经验，还积极参与社会实践工作，多名律师分别在深圳市人大常委会、深圳市南山区人民政府法律咨询委员会、深圳市南山区法学会、深圳仲裁委员会、惠州仲裁委员会等机构兼任职务。

民商事案件案例

1.代理某证券股份有限公司申请实现担保物权案件

某证券股份有限公司因与某公司之间的股票质押式回购交易业务，为向某公司主张债权，实现尽快处置质押标的物的目标。结合案件标的金额过亿、某公司涉诉案件多的情况，团队多番研究与论证，拟定了通过提起实现担保物权的特别程序以帮助客户迅速实现担保物权的委托目标。最终该案件得到法院支持，客户的合法权益得以维护。

2.代理多起某国有资产管理公司申请下属“僵尸企业”强制清算的案件

承办律师团队帮助该国有资产管理公司实现出清任务，多个“僵尸企业”完成了强制清算程序，完成国家相关部门对于及时处理“僵尸企业”的问题，取得了良好的案件效果和积极正面的社会影响力。

刑事案件案例

1.代理当事人甲涉嫌非法买卖珍贵、濒危野生动物罪案件

当事人甲因喜爱动物，加上自身法律意识淡薄，处于保护、救助动物的目的在市场上购买了在国家保护动物名单上的龟类。承办律师针对本起案件，提出当事人所收购的涉案动物均不能排除是人工繁育的可能，且当事人购买数量少，犯罪情节轻微，主观恶性较小，社会危害性较轻等情节，向检察院发表了律师意见，最终检察院作出了不起诉决定。

2.代理当事人甲涉嫌合同诈骗罪

当事人甲因与乙常年保持借贷关系，双方存在多笔交易、且双方之间交易均存在交易金额大、利息高的特征。后因甲未及时归还本息，被乙控告涉嫌合同诈骗罪，诈骗金额高达数千万。在检察院审查批捕期间，承办律师经过反复核对、计算双方的银行流水，最终提出当事人实际上早已清偿本金，且主观上无非法占有的目的，经承办律师的辩护，最终检察院对该案作出不批捕决定。

不良资产业务案例

1.佛山某银行债权资产包项目

佛山市某银行债权资产包共10户，本金共计7亿元，抵押物包括商业用地、住宅及工业土地等，分布在佛山市、广州市。该项目有从获悉银行出售意向至项目回款提前完成投资目标退出，历时19个月，即实现了优先级投资人按时足额收回本息，劣后级达到年化收益率60%的优秀业绩。

2.汕头市某银行债权资产包项目

汕头市某银行债权资产包共33户，本金共计4.3亿元，债权均无抵押担保，均为2000年前后的银行贷款，债务人分布在汕头市。该项目从获悉银行出售意向后，即进行深度、充分尽职调查，多渠道查找债务人财产。基于此前提，该项目在投资人竞拍成功后，至项目实现投资目标退出，历时仅6个月，项目年化收益率达200%。

In 1983, Shenzhen Shekou Law Office was established.

In 1995, Shenzhen Shekou Law Firm obtained the bankruptcy liquidation business qualification of Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court.

In 1996, it obtained the qualification of securities legal business.

Civil and commercial business is one of the traditional core businesses of our firm. Civil and Commercial Cases

1. Acting for a securities limited company to apply for the realization of the real right of security.

A securities limited company claimed creditor's rights against another company because of the stock pledge repo transaction between the two companies, the securities limited company wanted to dispose the pledged subject matter as soon as possible. Considering that the amount of the case was over 100 million yuan and a company was involved in many litigation cases, the team studied and demonstrated many times, and then drawn up a special procedure to help the customer realize the real rights granted by way of security quickl. In the end, the case was supported by the court, and the legitimate rights and interests of customers were protected.

2. Acting as an agent for several cases in which the state-owned asset management companies applied for forced liquidation of their subordinate "zombie enterprises". We helped the state-owned asset management companies to achieve the task of clearing, and a number of "zombie enterprises" completed the compulsory liquidation procedures. We helped to complete the relevant state departments to deal with the problems of "zombie enterprises" in a timely manner, and achieved good case results and positive social influence.

Criminal Cases

1. Acting as an agent for client A in the case of illegal trading of rare and endangered wildlife

Because of his love for animals but weak legal awareness, the client bought the chelonian on the national animal protection list in the market for the purpose of protecting and saving animals. After we took over the case, we comprehensively considered that the animals involved in the case could not be ruled out as reasonable suspicion of artificial breeding, the purchase quantity was small, the criminal circumstance was light, the subjective viciousness is not obvious, and the social influence was light, and we expressed our opinions to the procuratorate. Finally the procuratorate made a decision not to prosecute, and the case achieved good results. 

2. Acting as an agent for client A who was suspected of contract fraud

Client A maintained a loan relationship with others all the year round, and both parties had the characteristics of multiple transactions, large transaction amount, high interest and so on. Later, because the client A failed to repay the principal and interest in time, A was charged with the crime of contract fraud, and the amount of fraud was as high as tens of millions. During the period when the Procuratorate examined and approved the arrest, we checked a large number of bank flows on both sides, and after repeated calculations, we finally concluded that client A had actually paid off the principal and had no subjective purpose of illegal possession. In the course of handling the case, the defender interviewed the prosecutor and expressed a detailed lawyer's opinion, and finally the procuratorate of the case made a decision not to approve the arrest.

Case of Non-Performing Asset Business

1. Creditor's rights asset package project of a bank in Foshan City

The creditor's rights asset of a bank in Foshan consisted of 10 households with a total principal of 700 million yuan. The collateral includes commercial property, residential and industrial land, which are distributed in Foshan and Guangzhou. The project lasted 19 months from knowing the intention of the bank to completing the investment target ahead of schedule, that is, we helped the bank to realize the outstanding performance of recovering principal and interest of priority investors on time and in full and achieving an annualized rate of return of 60% for inferior investors. 

2. Creditor's rights asset package project of a Bank in Shantou City

The creditor's rights asset package of a bank in Shantou City consisted of 33 claims with a total principal of 430 million yuan, all of which were unsecured. The bank loans were from around 2000, and the debtors were distributed in Shantou City. From the moment we learned of the bank's intention to sell, we conducted in-depth and thorough due diligence to find the debtor's property through multiple channels. Based on this premise, it took only 6 months to achieve the investment target after the successful bidding of the investors, and the annualized rate of return of the project was up to 200%.
